Modern Slavery Act Statement

Hennessey’s position on modern slavery, human trafficking and responsible business conduct.

Our position

Hennessey Advisory Group Ltd, trading as Hennessey, has zero tolerance for slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking. We expect the same standard from people and organisations working with us.

Our business and supply chain

Hennessey is a professional-services consultancy. Its supply chain is expected to be comparatively limited and may include independent specialists, technology providers, professional advisers, office services and other business suppliers.

Due diligence and risk

We take a proportionate, risk-based approach when selecting suppliers and associates. This may include checking identity and business credentials, clarifying employment or contracting arrangements, reviewing relevant policies and addressing concerns before or during an engagement.

Expectations and reporting

Anyone working with Hennessey is expected to act lawfully and ethically and to raise suspected exploitation or coercion without delay. Concerns may be reported confidentially to hello@hennessey.com. Retaliation against a person raising a genuine concern is not accepted.

Review and status

This voluntary statement records Hennessey’s current commitment and will be reviewed as the business and supply chain develop. If the organisation becomes legally required to publish an annual statement under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, the statement will be expanded, approved and published in accordance with those requirements.
